CHECK-IN POLICY
1. Check-in/ Check-out policy
1.1 Check-in
Check-in Method: Self-Check-in
Standard Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Early Check-in: Subject to availability. While we do our best to accommodate early arrivals, we are unable to check guests in before 12:00 PM (noon)
Early Check-in Surcharge (if applicable):

| Before 6:00 AM | 100% of the nightly room rate (includes breakfast) |
| From 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM | 50% of the nightly room rate |
| Before 12:00 PM (noon) | 20% of the nightly room rate |
1.2 Check-out
Standard Check-out Time: Before 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of departure.
Late Check-out Surcharge (if applicable):

| From 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM | 20% of the nightly room rate |
| From 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM | 50% of the nightly room rate |
| After 6:00 PM | 100% of the nightly room rate |
Note: Surcharges are based on the rate of your booked room category.
1.3 Check-in Procedures
When checking in, please provide your booking code (sent via email from OTAs such as Booking.com, Agoda, or directly from Montmartre de Sapa), or offer one of the following:
- Phone number or email address used to book
- Full name of the guest who made the booking
- Check-in and check-out dates
Identification Requirements:
- All guests must present valid identification: Citizen ID (CCCD), passport, or a birth certificate for children.
- In cases where a child’s birth certificate or ID is unavailable, we will estimate their age based on height:
- Under 6 years old: under 110 cm
- 6 years and older: over 110 cm
Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in. If under 18, a confirmation letter from a parent or legal guardian is required.
